Refund & Returns Policy

At Repixfit, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Water bottles or drinkware that have been used

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for your return

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard returns process.
